Tailor Four Drawer Chest

Designed By Nathalie de Leval

The Tailor chest of drawers and tallboy has a distinctive and unusual diagonal frame. The shadow gap between the drawers and the frame is reminiscent of Japanese joinery. The drawers are lined with cedar and intended for two handed opening. A brass lock and key to the velvet lined top drawer adds to the sense of discovery.

Craftsmanship is at the heart of Benchmark and unites us as a company. We are a team of craftspeople who care deeply about what we make and how we make it.

For us, sustainability is simple: we make pieces to last for 100 years. That in itself means it is better for the environment; but it also means using the very best materials and caring about how we make and what we make it from.
