How to Order

You can place your order online but if you would prefer to speak to one of the team to discuss any aspects of your order, please call us on 01488 608020. Please check the delivery information below to see whether you are eligible for free delivery.  If not, then you will not be able to place your order online so please call us for a delivery quote.

We are always happy to chat through timber, finish and fabric choices.  Alternatively e-mail sales@benchmarkfurniture.com or better still, visit us at our showroom and while you are here, we would be delighted to show you around the workshop.

Lead Times

We hold some of our standard pieces in stock which can be dispatched without delay.  Others are oiled and finished to order so make take a little longer. Upholstery is made to order and will take 6-8 weeks. Please allow up to 12 weeks lead time for a bespoke commission We will e-mail you when we have booked your order into the workshop and give you an estimated delivery date. We will be in  touch again in the weeks prior to delivery.

 

 

Delivery

We have our own fleet of vehicles and drivers to ensure safe delivery. Where we can’t deliver ourselves due to distance, we work with partner companies who offer the same high quality service and care.  Your furniture will be carefully blanket wrapped to protect it whilst in transit, delivered into the room of your choice, unwrapped and assembled as required.  Please let us know if you have any access issues.

We offer free delivery to postcodes starting with the following prefixes:
AL, BA, BH, BN, BS, CR, DA, DT, E, EC, EN, GL, GU, HA, HP, IG, KT, LU, MK, N, NW, OX, PO, RG, RH, RM, SE, SG, SL, SM, SN, SO, SP, SW, TA, TW, UB, W, WC, WD,
For delivery outside of these postcodes, we will need to provide you with a delivery quote. Please order by phone on 01488 608020.

Authenticity

Each piece of furniture we sell has a mark in the form of a discreetly fixed polished pewter disk that shows that it is an authentic Benchmark original.
