Space Copenhagen have re-interpreted the traditional spindle chair, keeping the simplicity of the spindle structure but working with the detail to achieve a higher level of comfort and a more modern and fluid look.
Each piece is crafted in solid oak with intricate brass detailing and relaxed upholstery.
Gleda is available in three different finishes including ebonised – a traditional technique using vinegar and wire wool which reacts with the natural tannin in the oak to create an inky black finish.
We have chosen natural wool and soft leather as standard upholstery options but we can also upholster in customers own fabric or leather.
